3. Refund Policy

Dahlia offers a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your program. Withdrawals after 7 days are subject to a sliding scale refund policy based on course completion progress.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Dahlia Training Institute. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct. Violations including harassment, discrimination, or plagiarism may result in dismissal without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dahlia Training Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or inability to access courses.
